What data do we collect?

The contact form does not store your data on our servers. Submitting it opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled message containing what you typed (name, phone, optional company, service, and message), which reaches us like any normal WhatsApp conversation.

There are no user accounts, no user profiles, and no customer databases on this website.

Analytics and ad measurement (Google Analytics and Google Ads)

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are most visited and improve the content, and Google Ads to measure how our ads perform and which ones lead to a real enquiry.

Neither one ever receives what you type into a form — no names, phone numbers, or message text. What is measured is the page you visited and the kind of action you took, such as clicking a WhatsApp button or submitting the contact form.

We use Google Consent Mode v2: in the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland no analytics or advertising cookies are used before you explicitly accept. Elsewhere they are on by default and you can decline.

Data sharing

We do not sell or share contact data with any third party. WhatsApp conversations are subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

Data retention

WhatsApp and email messages remain within the company's normal communication channels and are deleted when no longer needed for business purposes.
