What data do we collect?

The contact form does not store your data on our servers. Submitting it opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled message containing what you typed (name, phone, optional company, service, and message), which reaches us like any normal WhatsApp conversation.

There are no user accounts, no user profiles, and no customer databases on this website.

Usage analytics (Google Analytics)

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are most visited and improve the content. It only runs after you accept it in the consent bar, and we never send it anything you type into forms (no names, phone numbers, or message text).

Data sharing

We do not sell or share contact data with any third party. WhatsApp conversations are subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

Data retention

WhatsApp and email messages remain within the company's normal communication channels and are deleted when no longer needed for business purposes.
